Complete Restaurant Rebuild: From Tech Chaos to Seamless Operations
Totally Wired delivered a massive upgrade to our favorite local sports bar, Double D’s in Los Gatos. We executed a complete rebuild from the ground up — installing a lightning-fast network, seamless TV media control across all 38 TVs, multi-zone audio, upgraded security cameras, and full Toast PoS integration, along with a massive wire cleanup.
We also designed and installed a completely new modern control system for every TV and audio source, all accessible through a simplified, intuitive interface on iPads.
The challenge? They’re open seven days a week, so we essentially replaced the engines while the plane was flying. What normally takes several days was completed in just 21 hours — working until 4am and back at it by 8am so they were fully operational by 10am.
The result is a faster, cleaner, and far more reliable experience for both staff and customers. Everything now works together seamlessly.
